We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all spa treatments. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours ahead, or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
With the utmost respect for your comfort and relaxation as well as others', we ask that you please refrain from bringing children and pets to the spa area. Cell phones or other electronic devices also are not permitted in order to keep the spa area quiet and to protect your privacy.
To ensure availability, we suggest making appointments in advance; however, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows you time to familiarize yourself with the facility, fill out an intake form, and unwind before your treatment. Please be aware that late arrivals will determine the length of your treatment. Your service will end as scheduled, so that the next guest may begin on time.
